This program brings together global expertise and local experience. Mr. Loris Molent AM, internationally recognised for his contributions to the aviation industry, has worked extensively with private companies, government air forces, and contractors worldwide. His achievements and recognitions reflect a career dedicated to advancing structural integrity and engineering excellence.

He is joined by our in-house trainer, Ir. Chek Chang Jie, an Aviation Maintenance & Lubricant Specialist with over 16 years of military aviation engineering experience in Malaysia, offering valuable operational insight and practical knowledge.

Together, they deliver a course focused on real-world applications, safety, and industry best practices.

Ir. Chek Chang Jie is an experienced military aviation engineer with over 16 years in the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), specialising in aviation oil analysis, predictive maintenance, condition-based maintenance (CBM), vibration diagnostics, and aircraft structural integrity.

A certified Professional Engineer (Aeronautical) and ISO 18436 Level 3 Lubrication Analyst, he has supported advanced aircraft including the Su-30MKM and F/A-18D, and delivers practical aviation training in advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance strategies, equipping engineers and technicians with real-world, industry-relevant skills.
